Had the honor and privilege of running with the LD boys today. Workout was 12x200 with 200 jog recovery. First workout in a while where I didn’t feel too good but still managed to get it done. Averaged 35 high for the reps. Did a combination of lift 1/2 when I get home because I know we aren’t going to lift as much this week given the meet on Friday.
