I ran the first half of Garywood with the larger group but ran with Owen on the second half. His toe was bothering him and I ran with him until he caught back up to Andrew and Rumi, then I picked it up. I didn't expect to shave some miles today but I wasn't able to run as fast as I would've liked and therefore didn't run as far. Definitely worth it to help Owen out but will not be able to cut as many miles this week.
