Meet day at Gately. Ran the 1600 and 4x4. Happy that I went and got the first race out of the way as it is always a good practice for the actual season. Meet was definitely a shock to the system, but I’m not worried because it’s still January and it was a good hard effort. Ran 4:53 for the full mile and there wasn’t splits for the 4x4 so idk what I went.
