Productive progression run with beautiful weather. I felt pretty good and it was refreshing to actually run with people. My new shoes are nice. Splits were 8:02, 7:27, 7:02, 6:54, 6:32, 6:16, 6:14, 5:58. I didn’t yack at the end so I probably should’ve gone harder
