Pretty good effort today. I’m definitely more comfortable racing on a track; I was enjoying myself and feeling the music. PRed by a lil bit in the 2 and ran out of gas in the 1 but still pulled through. My shoes felt like bricks during the 1 - I probably should’ve brought workout shoes to do it in. Regardless, im proud of my positioning and how I managed to kick at the 200 rather than the last straight. It was also hella fun to run with Andrew again. Overall a great workout and a good indication of where I am right now. Super stoked for conference

Productive workout with Walter although we took the reps too easy. Felt good and controlled. I definitely would’ve put up good times on the track though. At least my leg felt mostly better and we stayed consistent.
