Pretty good KLM workout. Splits were 3:25, 3:23, 3:22, 3:26 and 3:26. With the tempo beforehand my legs were already pretty tired, and I like that aspect of the workout since it feels like a real race. Also getting better at stride lengths during each part of the race, even when I’m tired
