GREAT workout best one in a minute. Ran all 8 800s around the same pace of a range of 3:02 -3:07 disregarding the first which was too fast at 2:56. ON TOP OF THAT I felt great and refreshed even after a race weekend. Also it was nice to not run these on the track even though there was a slight incline it was a good change of scenery
