Almost great tempo fast. Splits were 5:45, 5:48, 6:28, 5:41, 6:23, 5:23. Had I taken that first tempo split a little slower I think I would’ve had a much better workout. I should have taken the other tempos a little faster but I really wanted to get better fast splits rather than burn out after the 5:48. Overall got a good workout in and there’s always room for improvement. 35:32 is a big improvement from last tempo fast but that’s not really saying much considering how bad that workout was.
