Woke up very sore, and wanted to take a rest day. Got a quick 25 min run in, and I’ll try and do the long run tmrw if I’m feeling good. Slept well but still gotta keep hydration up on weekends… Forgot to add this earlier but watched NXN and the national XC championships as well as the BU season opener. Thoughts: Ethan strand is a god, Parker Wolfe raced very smartly. I watched bunny ran a 4:02 mile which is insane, and then he paced a 3k later. Kinda sad the 5k Collette record didn’t go down but super great race to watch. Kind of supprised by how Graham Blanks and Nico young ran, but they’re probably just getting it all back together post world championships. Allie O ran well for 8th, but I was kind of surprised Parker didn’t make the team. For some reason Phillip Cupial was like 170th or something, I think he was sick… New 600m WR was cool too. That guy Josh hoey apparently was close in a 1k last year where Dan was racing too so that’s some cool HCXC+TF Lore…
