First sold ground run in almost 2 weeks. Only thing I felt was my sore throat and slight discomfort in my ankle. Going to increase by 10 minutes per run through Sunday then return to normal mileage and pace. Don’t want to hop on the injury train, so I am going to ease back into running even though I feel great. Don’t want the tendinitis(or something worse) to come back along.
