3x400, 2x150 on 5 minute rest. Pretty fast workout. Nothing crazy since U20's is next week. The 400's were supposed to be between 54-56 but on the faster end. I ran the first one in 53 high which wouldn't have been bad but I also came through 300 in 39 flat and then just eased off. Ended up taxing my legs a bit too much so the next two 400's were 55 high and 56 low. Instead of doing a fourth 400 the workout was adjusted to two 150's. Felt fine on the 150's and hit 19 mid for both. Weights after and some foam rolling. Feeling good.
