1 mile, in-and-outs, 400, 3x200. 1 mile in 4:56, the in-and-outs were at mile pace as usual, 400 in 59, and 200's in 28, 27, 25. Had 2 minutes in between the mile and in-and-outs and then 3 minutes the rest of the way. Relatively easy workout just to get moving before the races. Felt solid.
