Daisy Dash 5k. Ran the race with my dad (at around 9ish minutes per mile) then a quicker 15 minutes after the end of the race. Was nice to run with my dad for Father’s Day. He had to walk the race last year given his situation but he was able to properly run it today. Very thankful for that. It was also good to see a bunch of other runners at the race as well and Coach Westphal. Happy Father’s Day everyone.
