St Charles meet. This meet has always been a turning point for me, but I wouldn’t say that held true this time. The 4x8 was okay - I ran a slow time but neither bart nor I had any competition so it’s fine. The 1600 wasn’t much better. I fell behind the two DGN guys and could’ve easily out kicked them had I closed the gap earlier. It’s really an issue of confidence at this point. I’m frustrated with how this meet went but it’s uphill from here. Mile at bud mohns coming soon. Times were 2:02 4:36

Good start to the season. Went 2:01.6 in the 8, 55.9 in the 4, and 54.7 in the 4x4. I’m feeling pretty good about my fitness and I’m looking forward to Saturday.

Cass progression. Felt good even though I haven’t done one in a while; muscle memory kicked in. I wasn’t loving how my legs felt, but it’s probably just tightness from being off them for a few days. Kudos to Otis! He held me off the whole time 😰
