Track Season

45 min. easy run (15 min. warm-up, 8x45 sec. @ 2 mile pace effort with 1:15 easy recovery, finish off time at easy), Transition to ElliptiGO, 40 min. on Elliptigo (10 min. warm-up, 5x3 min. @ MT Pace effort with 1 min easy, cool-down to finish out time)
3-3.5 mi recovery run, 4x80m fast at 800m Pace (1:30-2:00 stand rest in between)
CNS and Strength Day with Emily
30 min. easy on ElliptiGO with 4x60 sec. pick-ups @ a 3 mi. pace effort with 30 sec. easy in between
30 min. run @ recovery pace (keep it VERY relaxed after a couple tough days), 4x100m (or 18 sec.) post-run strides @ Mile Pace effort
10-12 min. of very easy running, transition, 10-12 min. of easy ElliptiGO after strength session (take it easy!)
