Warm up depends on your other workout 3 x 200m in 30-31 seconds with 5 min rest 2 x 100m ALL OUT in spikes full rest 2 x 40m ALL OUT (this should just be how fast you can get up to max speed then slowly slow down) 1 mile cool down
