Here is the workout for Thursday 1-12-23 due to rain: Do the following: Warmup- jog in place for 5 min Run in place for 3 min alternating 30s fast/30s slower Rest 2 min High Knees for 1 min x 3 rest 2 min between sets (Google it if you don’t know what a high knee is) Burpees 2 sets 10 Butt kicks for 1 min x3 rest 2 min bw sets Single leg squats each leg 10 reps - 2 sets Plank - regular - 30s hold x3 Plank- side- 30s hold each side x2 Mountain climbers 3 sets 10 Double leg lifts 3 sets 15 Regular crunches 3 sets of 12 Push ups 3 sets 12
