Description
Here is your Saturday workout. It is split into groups. You must post your workout! 100/200 runners & jumpers: run 1 mile 400 runners (if you run the 400 AT ALL you must do this workout): run 2 miles 800 runners- 3 miles 1600 runners- 5 miles 3200 runners - 6 miles Throwers- 3min run then 3 min walk repeat 3 times
