5x2’ at 1:45 or below with 3’ rest. Important workout for making it past tryouts - pretty sure I did fairly well. Was able to keep 1:42-1:46 for most of it. Each rep felt very similar to an all out 800 workout (so I suppose I was relatively prepared). Was especially difficult coming off of a workout yesterday, but I feel like I managed to get by. Was told being able to stay below 1:45 is the baseline for making the freshman team. Would’ve appreciated a longer warmup/cooldown but it doesn’t seem like we’re there yet.
