7 minutes as many reps as you can do:
15 weighted squats
30 weighted step ups
15 burpees
15 sit ups
Got through 2 sets
Rest
7 minutes as many reps:
30 russian twists
10 box jumps
20 push ups
12 walking lunges
Got through 2 sets
Balance on the half med ball 3x15 curls on 20lbs
3x15 tricep overhead extensions on 25lbs
10 pull ups
