Race at BU today. 800 was 1:55.06; 4x400 split was 53.2. Pretty much exact same 800 as last week. Went out slower than I usually do to work on my kick in the last 200. Delay split was an unfortunate hand off followed immediately by running into another kid. Got a 1:53 in me, just have to keep throwing down races
