Workout day! 15 min warm up and cool down. 2 sets of 1 800 plus 8 minutes of 1 min on 1 min off. The 800s were 2:45ish. The hard part for me was actually the off sections of the 8 minutes. I just wasn’t ready for the continuousness because I’m still trying to build back my cardio.
