Workout warmup 5 minutes @ 6:00-ish pace 3 minute jog 6x45 second uphill @ mile effort 5 minute cooldown I’m in shenandoah valley so i was literally running up a mountain on those uphill. I honestly dont think i’ve ever breathed that hard. Also it was gravel road so i could barely grip the ground. It wasn’t close to mile pace but it was definatly max effort.
