45 min moderate run (Definitely pretty moderate pace, so only was 40 mins 😁) Felt absolutely awesome, can't believe I could run 6 miles at 6:30 pace first week of May XC training. Definitely going to take tomorrow easy, help me recover from two hard days in a row. Good: Feeling amazing, hoping to become much faster as the summer progresses. Goal: Actually take tomorrow slow... 😃.
