I took a few days off due to allergies and I forgot to record some runs. So yesterday’s run was an easy 3 Miles from hhs to De Anza. I did 2x100 meter strides. Wasn’t feeling myself today but it’s ok because I’m slowly transitioning back to the grind. Also the day before I did a 2 mile run at 8:10 pace.
