Day 21 Decent shape ✔️ Motivated ✔️ Knee pain: 6.5/10 Extras: • feeling frustrated because my knee was doing good but started to hurt on the way back :( The last mile was like 8.8/10 knee pain • a little girl rode her bike next to me for half a mile while her mom was running behind us lol , it kinda helped me stay positive :) • also our tomato plant is half dead but there are still tomatoes growing 🍅
