Ran on a section of the Lake to Lake trail.

Ran from Wallace Lake. A tad faster but trying to get back is tough. Walked and did my exercises after. Got my first mile under 12, and 2nd just over.

Walked back after my run on the bridle trail. Snowy and bumpy, but gorgeous. Longest weight bearing exercise day.
