Wowowow I’m so out of shape this run was like death. Lol I need to start being more consistent or I’m gonna be a big pile of mush. Can’t be like that if I’m moving to Cali and only 20 min from the beach
Just a short run today cause I had a one on one meeting with my team director early this morning before class. It was really good. I’m excited to move and have some change. Praying for the world today it just keeps getting crazier.
Yoga this morning cause the leg stuff I did left my legs wrecked!!! Had a really big talk in class today and realized a lot of things about the way I have lived my life and this double life thing of wanting to grow in my faith and party and yeah I just want so much more. Today was very had emotionally but I can’t wait for the healing process! 😊❤️
A good Memorial Day of workouts. Ran 12 in the morning, then scurried on the blades for 9 or so, saw Ida and talked with her for a bit. She is cool! Spent some time with mother, but it was so nice outside I couldn’t waste it, so I hopped on the bike for a while. I would guess like 15 miles or something, not really sure though. I was cooking though and it was awesome. Wisdom teeth tomorrow ☹️

Was gonna do a 10 minute cooldown run, but I got 4 minutes in and walked. Running distance is just not what I wanna be doing right now. Instead, did 5 hill sprints chokecherry bush to corral. Nelly also likes the sprinting workouts more than distance.
A little broken longer run. Went 8 in the rain solo and then ran 7 with Jakey after lunch. I enjoyed both of them. The seven miler was with a full stomach, but they both went well. Didn’t really do much the rest of the day except for watching golf. Very fun to watch The Match
